      Thrusday ko again chest & tricep …aur chest train karte mai hamare shoulder bhi train hote hai …is isab seto shoulder muscles ko recover hone ka time hini mila bro .

    2. My workout routine
      Monday- Chest, shoulder, triceps and traps
      Tuesday- Back, Biceps, legs and abs
      Wednesday- same monday plan
      And so on..
      Sunday complete rest
      Forearms 6 days in a week
      Before exercise 20min stretching and warmup…
      I am 18 years old
      without any equipment at home with bricks and pushups and I am getting gud results✨🦋
