Health is more than just Fitness and Food. I always say there are three parts of health Fitness, Food and Psychological Health. Psychosocial health or mental health is all about the mental, emotional and social aspects of what it means to be mentally healthy. The mental aspect of health I find is the hardest out of all three, and the one I value the most. However psychological health it is so up and down and so unpredictable, complex and the hardest to control.
Also event I am talking about at start is in previous vlogs it is in vlog 1 Back to Health I probably should of explained that better :/
