Newer athletes may benefit from practicing progressions to understand the timing of the movement. For more instruction, review “The Power of Progression, Part 1: Push Jerk.” Ideally, each set will be as heavy as possible for 3 reps, but newer athletes should start light and slowly add weight as they are comfortable.

Beginner Option:
10 minutes of push jerk progression practice.

  1. CrossFit is amazing, but "content" like this shows how amateur and inept the media team is.
    Maybe someone can enlighten me and tell me precisely at whom this pointless clip is aimed, because I am at a loss to fathom it.
    "Don't forget to make a very nice general warm-up, moving all your body". – If genius advice like this doesn't make people rush to join a CrossFit box, I don't know what will.

Boa noite Gente desculpa ta comentando isso aqui Mas estou desesperado entrando depressão profunda ao ponto de acabar minha vida, Sem emprego dois filhos, tomo conta sozinho, moro de aluguel e seremos despejado, meus filhos pedem e eu nao tenho como dar nem bicos aparece, por isso vim aqui te pedi ajuda cesta básica pra meus filhos,pode ser emprego em troca de comida, limpe seu quintal capinar carrego lixo, mas me ajude por favor, Deus irá multiplica em dobro a vocêsss….me ajudem…..
