Exercise and workouts are critical for reversing Insulin Resistance which is the root cause of Diabetes, Obesity and other lifestyle ailments. However when it comes to exercise, we do not think beyond daily regular cardio workouts like walking or cycling. While daily cardio is good for your health and helps you to manage your ailments like diabetes, it is not enough for reversing your above ailments. In this video I have covered the types and ways to do exercise to make our body insulin sensitive faster so that we can reverse our ailments.
We need to exercise smartly and make our physical efforts meaningful.
