Hi Cristelle. Thank you for this video. Why do you need an apple when you have yogurt? If I have greek vanilla yogurt (11grams of carbs.), that’s my carb. I would need lots of Insulin if I had more carbs. early in the day. You probably are lucky and have a good Insulin to carb. ratio?
