Great tip! I've always done this exercise with the dumbbell horizontal and on those final reps I feel the anterior head taking over. Can't wait to try this way! Thanks.

Just tried these I have tried lots of variations for side delts my delts grow but find it hard to really feel side delts working,defiantly felt the burn on this one great exercise cheers man

i was curious i seen on one of your older videos, that you take in 300 plus grams of protein , but you weight about 200ish…why so much protein and how much do you usually take per pd of bodyweight?
