My right leg feels wobbly.. due to a meniscus tear.. also very weak and it got a little smaller.. its thinner then the left leg . 🙁
These are great, well done, The only mistake here is that we don't simply start on the right or left side, The lying leg lifts you demonstrated should be started on the non-dominant side / weaker side, The first set puts the body in some state of fatigue before tackling the same resistance with a superior muscle unit. Therefore not perpetuating their strength imbalance.
Fab! I had an ACL surgery 2 months ago and this really helps my leg! Tanks a lot!
SARA IS DOPE!!
Thank you for sharing!!
Has anybody with weak-knees tried this long enough to get results?
I'm trying to get my torso in shape but many of the exercises require the knees so I need to get my knees strengthened before I can work on my torso 🙁
this is very helpful and easy to do, thank you so much!!
She has a tummy, do more crunches or something
Those are definitely good warm-ups for leg days and they couldn't hurt any other time either. If you have 'bad' knees I'd do them more often. Make sure you take rest days too!
Should we do that every time we workout? Tnx
You have tons of her already, dummy.
we want our Amber back
