i started running about 6months ago. i ran initially 0.5km and now slowly have raised it to 4km. but i do experience pain in my right leg ankle and knee. and i feel it while climbing stairs too. i do dynamic warmups before running. what should i do to avoid it.

I think I got an injured knee from overtraining because I went on 2 5k runs everyday and between runs did muscle strengthening exercises but I still got injured now I can't do anything because as soon as I go for a run my knees ache. I have tight hamstrings also, any advice?
