The title of this video should have been how to look smaller when you're already skinny. Nothing in this video was helpful for someone who is actually trying to lose fat.

I am going on a beach holiday at the end of this June (27th to the 30th). My main areas of concern are my outer thighs, "love handles," and bra bulge (armpit fat!).
I know that I am unable to spot reduce, which really sucks, haha.
I am a skinny-fat, low-budget vegan, currently looking into a low fat, high carbohydrate lifestyle in order to become leaner quicker. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford any extreme online diet guides, and I have school every weekday (so no 10 hours of cycling).
