I fail at eating breakfast, it is a terrible way to start my day. These are all really good tips.
I wish I could eat a big and filling breakfast everyday. Except I usually have to wake up at 6 AM and there's no way I'm waking up earlier just to make my breakfast. Also, I'm usually not that hungry so early in the morning… And besides, I would be too noisy and my parents would kill me lol! But breakfast in my favorite. I love eating eggs, sausages, bacon (yikes!), yogurt with fruits, waffles…

It's so true. I've lose 10 pounds so quickly but gained back some weight because I never maintained the lifestyle

Love your videos! Recently, I had seen the advertisement of the Brazilian Butt Lift on tv and been wanting to try it! Please let me know how it is. Thank you! I tend to lose weight but then I gain it back so it is very frustrating. I am a mother of 4 and trying to get back into shape! I am 5'1" and weigh about 115-120 so would like to get back into a size 2! I try to fit in some exercise like jogging, pilates, and home exercises but sometimes I am too busy so I only do it 2-3 times a week 🙁

you said all right! i lost 14lbs since september by reducing fried stuff and sweets! then adding more vegetables instead of carbs but i still eat a bit of everything but just not every day…and I only some exercise at home. I lost the extra pounds and am now living a healthier life! it's not a diet! 🙂 and it feels good!
Its so funny that you mentioned Brazil Butt Lift because I love that guy! "Give it allllll dont settle for less" LOL Last summer I used Brazil butt lift 3-4 times a week for 2 months and it seriously toned my thighs and butt like no other. Def stick to it! 🙂
