    Exercise is movement medicine for diabetes which is why I created this diabetes low impact cardio at home workout. This effective routine is appropriate for all ages, levels, and abilities.

    The good thing about regular exercise is that it makes you feel just plain amazing in mind and body. It will help to control your blood glucose levels and protect your body as you strengthen your muscles. Your heart and lungs will get a work out and perform better. The endorphins will make you feel good, that is, raise your mood. To tell the truth, a day without exercise will become a day that has less sunshine, energy, and positivity. When you stick with regular exercise (like doing this 10 minute low impact video or any other of my diabetes at home workouts), you’ll develop a healthy movement habit that will keep you fit and positive for life. Remember, you dont need a lot of time to see results. Just make a commitment to move your body DAILY. Soon it will be a healthy routine you cant live without.     1. Exercise is movement medicine for diabetes which is why I created low impact cardio at home workout. You dont have to have Diabetes to benefit – this routine is effective and appropriate for all ages, levels, and abilities. It is an excellent way to begin an exercise program or to ease back into impact after an injury. 10 minutes with me is all it takes to boost your heart health AND reap the rewards of regular exercise.     2. I have dropped my blood sugar 86 points doing one hour of easy light duty work out. As long as I workout I don't need my glimepiride to lower my sugar. I also take alpha lipoic acid. Thank you you helped me a lot.
