    2 Cups – Cooked Horse Grams.
    1 tbsp or Spoon – Lemon 🍋 Juice.

  7. Mam I highly respect u u are an angel mam your knowledge provide the excellent way of living but mam low density lipoprotein is a bad cholesterol I read in genetic book and hdl is a high density cholesterol that is beneficial

  8. The doctor makes great videos but early in this video (at 30 seconds) she mistakenly calls low density lipoprotein as good cholesterol. This mistake should be corrected!

  12. Please stop spreading misinformation about non vegetarian food. No all non vegetarian food contains bad cholesterol there are lean sources of protein in non veg food too. Don’t generalise it.

    1.) is it okay to grind in mixer or with hand mixer everything at the end to get more juice ?
    2.) Will it give same benefits if we eat Horse gram cooked, like making dal?
