Tethering app:
WoFit –

This V19 smart health band is in the same class as the i7E recently reviewed. Make sure you watch that one as well to get a broad understanding about new ways of monitoring hearth health. Much of this new technology is due to the expertly designed WoFit tethering app (which should be use as a model for all other tethering apps). This app has multiple tiers of information showing the exact data that underlies the presented conclusions. For example, one of the most amazing features of this band/app combination is special Lorenz Scatter Diagrams (scatter plots). In the background, starting at midnight, the V19 begins continuously assessing heart rate variability for placing little dots on an ever evolving scatter plot. It resets itself each night at midnight and does its testing throughout the night. A user doesn’t need to touch anything, just wear the band to bed. Later, when the data is synced with the app, the scatter plot is created. This happens night after night, and can be examined and studied in detail. It’s an extensive X-Y graph of HRV values plotted in a way that allows for irregularities to be instantly viewable.

NOTE: The 2019 V19 smart band acquires ECG using only one lead! How is that possible? Read this:

Thank you for an in-depth look at how to use this tracker!
My problem with it it doesn’t always track my sleep which is frustrating, one of the biggest reasons I have it. Another thing is the green light underneath is it supposed to stay on, while wearing?

So I have this tracker it doesn’t always track my sleep each night and sometimes the green light stays on, under the watch where it touches the skin. Any solutions for this?
Thank you for your in-depth look at how to use this tracker, best one I’ve watched so far!

The fact that the watch manufacturer don't know if the measurement they are using is spelled with or without a 'T' is probably an indication of how to interpret the data presented

Is there an Afib 24h/24 detection with alarm in case of findings? Or only the Lorenz Scatter Plot?

Should you make another video follow up with the real device that monitor just that.
There will be discrepancies or sure. But for science sake, it would be nice to % of accuracy/inaccuracy of it.
Great review tho. I am thinking of buying one for my dad.

Have two V19, and the older one broke recently. It started with strange cyclical reboot. I let it discharge and leave it for 2 weeks. Then I could charge it again, but now no LED activity any more, and no heart rate or oxygen reading. It was of V13.01 firmware/hardware. Any similar observations? Now I ordered a watch named 'FAM-T1', similar features and temperature display for ony 13.50 USD.

This watch is a great value. Your video sold me on this watch. The delivered instructions are minimal. Delivery took 50 days, but it was worth the wait. It features and app are better than the Fitbit it replaced. The only question is how long the battery will last. However; since it is cheap, I will just replace the watch with a new one…

Longtime viewer here and huge fan. I bought the V19 after watching all your videos at the time and have LOVED IT. I'm using it for the health functions – near real time blood pressure and pulse monitoring, HRV with Lorentz scatter plot, SPO2, and especially the ability to enter your own custom blood pressure reading so the WoFit app can adjust the BP reading to be a more accurate reflection of YOUR body. .

I'm extremely happy with the V19 watch, but it's time for an upgrade…its missing 2 important things for these troubled pandemic days: a body temperature sensor, and a better SPO2 sensor or algorithm. The existing SPO2 monitor on the V19 is not very accurate vs a finger tip reader.

Do you know of any new watches or fitness bands that do most, if not all, of what the V19 does health wise, plus adds body temperature monitoring and also does SPO2? Preferably one that also does sleep apnea analysts like in the wofit app with the V19.

Keep up the awesome videos!!

During this covirus pandemic, a smartwatch can make the difference between life and death. The three main symptoms are fever, shortness of breath, and coughing. You don’t need anything to tell you if someone is coughing, but having the ability to track body temperatures and oxygen levels would be truly helpful.

I suggest that in your reviews, you remind viewers of what function is missing, beside the ones included. I watched many of your reviews before realizing that most of the watches couldn’t measure body heat, like this watch. This is definitely a killer.

No one should even consider a model if it doesn’t come with a body thermometer and a pulse oximeter.

I also suggest that in your reviews, you show the bottom of the watch while doing the BMP, BP, O2 and ECG tests so that we can see for ourselves exactly what’s going on. That’s because having dual green lights a la Apple is supposedly better and having red lights is better than none. These points can be a deciding factor in choosing what to purchase.

The problem with these Chinese watches is that you can’t go down to Best Buy and look at a real one and try it out first.

Can I please ask… this watch ok for monitoring heart rate and blood pressure during cycling excercise ( I have Atrial fibrillation ) many thanks, Tom

April 28, 2022 at 6:57 am

Everything is awesome!! but there's no way that it gives you accurate blood pressure!!!

Even the sophisticated wrist blood pressure cuffs you have to be in a perfect position to take your blood pressure..

Is no way this thing is accurate if you just lying around or sleeping in your bed..

The only way I would believe this is if you compare it to a blood pressure cuff regular or wrist to compare it..

But all the other things are pretty accurate..

MorePro, a Chinese company, too has a device called V19. The similarities are uncanny. The following is the link to their offical website. (They sell on Amazon and their V19 received strongly positive reviews.)

Which company, MorePro or Bakeey, has rights to the original V19 device design? In terms of performance, how does the copy compare to the original? Please do share your thoughts!

Update: Since the Bakeey device doesn't have as many consumer reviews on Banggood as MorePro on Amazon, I instead compared the app reviews, MorePro WoFit vs WoFit. Both apps received okay reviews — not stellar, but okay. However, some users of the Bakeey device commented about the Blood Pressure sensor being inaccurate and the battery performance was poor. In contrast, the MorePro v19 on Amazon received very positive reviews in general. The MorePro app users had very little issue with the device's performance. Most of their issues were about how the app paired with the device.

I should add that the Bakeey device does appear on AliExpress. The V19 is cheaper as compared to Banggood.

In light of everything, MorePro v19 appears to be the obvious choice to buy because I would rather pay for the best performance.

Mr. Ticks, your reviews are great and serve a real purpose. However, you are missing valuable insight regarding the device's accuracy; a device might offer great functionality, but if you cant establish the veracity of the output, your reviews risk becoming incredulous.

Fair question: do you receive any sponsorship from Banggood or Bakeey in exchange for your review? Just curious. 🙏

I bought this V19 tvo weeks ago. Now I have tested it against hospital ecuipment. I Have high blood pressure 160/95 the V19 showed 118/75( dangerous to reliying on). My Spo2 with hospital eccuipment was 97% on the V19 92 %. But the worst was the ECG My actual qt time at hospital was 375 ms and the band showed 425. My actual HRV on hospital ECG monitor was 45 with a puls 65 bpm and the band tell me 9 hrv. So , do I regret the buying, YES. The only thing it did right was step counting. Not even BPM when it was carried on wrist, only pressed agains index finger. I could have receved a bad one, but this is my testing and rview.

One serious problem with this watch: if the watch is not constantly connected to the app and the app is not constantly on, the clock feature of the watch will fall behind. I found this out the hard way when I wore the fitness band to work as a regular wrist watch just tell time, and I ended up screwing myself on a time-sensitive deadline oriented job task. It turned out the clock feature on the watch was at least five minutes behind the real time. This is ridiculous. I've never seen this happen with any other Fitness Watch before. Usually if you synchronize the fitness watch with your phone app, it stays synchronized and the time stays accurate. All it takes with this one is one day not being connected to the app and it falls behind as far as 10, maybe 15 minutes. Also just once, just for ONCE I'd like to find a fitness tracker that gives an accurate heart rate. with this V19, I'll be doing some vigorous weight training, maybe even sweating on the elliptical, and I'll look at it my fitness tracker and it will say my heart rate is 76 BPM. There is no way in hell that at that moment my heart rate is 76 BPM.
