These are seriously tough times for us all. These immune-boosting drinks with the goodness of herbs and spices can surely come in handy and prep us for the covid-19 scare. Oh God! Bless one and all! In the ginger tea, we usually add ginger at the end (once milk comes to a boil). It's become a practice now, though I have never had the milk split after the addition of ginger, but some people report this issue.
